The Hearts and Smiles Foundation welcomes referrals from social workers and other service persons from recognized assistance agencies.  We do not accept direct personal referrals.  If you know of a family who may benefit from our assistance, please have a social worker, service coordinator or other social services representative contact the foundation to request a Wish List information packet.  This request may come via email to heartsandsmiles@comcast.net or by calling 215-669-4221.
