The Hearts and Smiles Foundation’s mission is to provide assistance to low-income families with special-needs children in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia counties, with a particular focus on the needs of siblings in those families.

The foundation’s hope is to offer each sibling something special. Currently, we are working with local organizations which provide summer activities for children. We are partnering to provide the summer camp experience to the siblings of special-needs children. We want to show these children that they, too, are special.
