The Hearts and Smiles Foundation’s mission is to provide assistance to low-income families with special-needs children in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia counties, with a particular focus on the needs of siblings in those families.

The foundation’s hope is to offer each family some financial relief. We provide items such as grocery store gift cards, children’s clothing, baby equipment, personal grooming items, paper products, toys and books for members of the family based on their "wishes" as identified on a Wish List. Especially important to our mission is supplying unique gifts such as bicycles, scooters or toys for all siblings, who often get overlooked due to the stress and financial commitment required of a special-needs child. We want to show these children that they, too, are special.
